- Physical prototype or counter sample with comments
- The most comprehensive description you can provide of the item you wish to source
Provide answers to the following:
- Volume required
- Expected delivery date
- Testing requirements (if any)
Once we have all of the information we need, we will provide you with a custom quote, order minimums and proposed delivery schedule within 48-72 hours. Once the quote is accepted, we will begin pre-production where counter samples will be supplied for client approval. When pre-production samples are approved, bulk production starts. Final production samples will be provided as an order reference. We take care of all logistics for shipping and provide a delivery schedule, so clients can keep track of their orders via email updates.
Expected duration of custom textile orders from first interaction to final delivery:
- For order placement – 1 week
- For pre-production process – Maximum of 30 days
- Total lead time is typically 60-90 days
